The geographic limitations for a rental vary by supplier, location, and car type. You can access the local rules and policies before booking a rental by clicking on the red “View” button and then selecting “rental policy terms for . . .” under “Important Information.” This should give the geographic policy information for the reservation.

Please note, additional fees may be added at the rental counter if you plan to take the car out of the country, state, or province the vehicle was originally rented in. Some suppliers limit the miles a rental car can be driven if it is taken out of the country, state, or province the vehicle was originally rented in.
