To cancel most reservations, you can go to the reservation confirmation page. To do this, please click on "Reservations" in the top banner and input your email and reservation number. Your reservation number will be in your confirmation email. If you do not have your confirmation email, you can input the email you used to make the reservation in the box on the left after clicking "Reservations."
Once on the reservation confirmation page, please click on the “Cancel Reservation” button in the top right-hand corner of your reservation page. Please select the reason for canceling and click on the red “Yes, please cancel my reservation” button.
For fully prepaid reservations, you may have to reach out to the supplier directly. Directions for this should be in your confirmation email.
Please note that there may be a cancellation fee. Information on this can be found in the local rules and policies by clicking on the blue "here" at the bottom of your confirmation email.
