Can I cancel my reservation?

AutoRentals compares prices of various companies and reservation sites and finds the lowest price for you. Based on the company that you selected, your reservation can be booked directly on our site or you may be redirected to a partner site.

If you booked directly on AutoRentals.com you should have received a confirmation email from customerservice@autorentals.com.

To cancel your reservation on AutoRentals.com click here.

1. Enter the email address that you booked the reservation under and the confirmation number.

2. Look for a Cancel Reservation button at the top right of the reservation page. Once you’ve read and are satisfied with the policies associated with a cancellation, go ahead and click Cancel.

If you were redirected and booked on a partner’s website, your reservation is connected to the partner that you have selected. AutoRentals is not involved in the reservation or payment on partner sites, and you will need to contact that partner directly.
